So…

I have been working on obtaining the first permits to start constructing my first house!

Currently, waiting on the floor plans from my architect. Once I have those, I can request an engineered Drainage Plan and Foundation Plan. I also need to give the Site Plan to the Septic Engineer to get the final Site Plan.

Been working from home so far, except when I need to meet someone like the electricians on the lot for the meter pole. Bought a used filing cabinet off Facebook Marketplace, too. $20 and an hour drive for typically $200 cabinet new is good to me.

Been a while since I’ve gotten on this site. So far, I’m thinking my learning pages might refer to other people’s content that I learned from instead of my own material. That’s fine by me, though.
